Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what data is collected when you use the mobile application Terminal Core: System Jump (the “Application”), who collects it, why, and what choices you have. The Application is published by Carpe Diem Respice Finem, an independent developer (the “developer”).
1. Summary
- The developer does not run any server that stores your personal data, and the Application does not ask for your name, email address, contacts, photos or precise location.
- The Application uses Google services for ads, statistics, crash reports, leaderboards, cloud saves and purchases. These services collect technical data, described below.
- Where the law requires it, you are asked for your consent first, and you can change your choice at any time in the Application's settings.
2. Data collected through third-party services
The Application includes the following services provided by Google. Each one processes data under its own privacy policy.
2.1. Google AdMob (advertising)
The Application shows two kinds of ads: interstitial ads (full-screen ads displayed between games) and rewarded ads (ads you choose to watch in exchange for an in-game bonus).
To deliver and measure ads, AdMob may collect:
- the device's advertising ID,
- the IP address, from which an approximate location (country or region) is derived,
- device and app information (model, operating system, language, app version),
- your interactions with ads (views, clicks).
Depending on your choice and your region, ads may be personalised or non-personalised.
2.2. Firebase Analytics (usage statistics)
Firebase Analytics helps the developer understand how the Application is used, for example which levels are played or where players stop. It may collect usage events, an app-instance identifier, device and app information, and the approximate region.
2.3. Firebase Crashlytics (crash reports)
When the Application crashes, Crashlytics sends a technical report (type of error, device model, operating system version, state of the app at the time of the crash) so the bug can be fixed.
2.4. Google Play Games Services (leaderboards, achievements, cloud save)
If you are signed in to Google Play Games, the Application uses your Play Games player ID and display name to show leaderboards and achievements, and saves your game progress in your own Google account so you can find it again on another device. You can play without signing in; leaderboards, achievements and cloud save are then unavailable.
2.5. Google Play Billing (in-app purchase)
The Application offers an optional one-time purchase to remove ads. The payment is handled entirely by Google Play. The developer never receives your payment details; the Application only learns whether the purchase is active for your Google Play account.

3. Why the data is used
- to show ads, which fund the Application;
- to understand how the Application is used and improve it;
- to detect and fix crashes;
- to provide leaderboards, achievements and cloud saves;
- to recognise the “remove ads” purchase.
The developer does not sell your data and does not use it for any other purpose.
4. Consent and your choices
- Advertising consent. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and certain US states, a Google consent form is shown before any ad is loaded. You can accept or refuse personalised ads. You can reopen this form at any time from the Application's settings.
- Statistics and crash reports. In regions where consent is required, the Application asks for your consent before enabling Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics. In other regions they are enabled by default. In all cases you can turn them on or off at any time in the Application's settings.
- Advertising ID. You can reset or delete your advertising ID in your device's Android settings.
- Ad personalisation. You can manage it for your Google account at https://myadcenter.google.com.
- Playing offline. The Application works without an internet connection; ads, leaderboards and cloud save are then unavailable.
5. Children
The Application is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. The developer does not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data through the Application, please contact the developer using the address below.
6. Storage, retention and international transfers
The developer does not store your personal data on servers of its own. Data collected by the services listed above is stored and processed by Google, on servers that may be located outside your country, including outside the European Union, under the safeguards described in Google's policies.
Retention periods are those applied by Google for each service. Your game progress saved through Google Play Games stays in your Google account until you delete it.
7. Your rights and how to delete your data
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in Europe), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your data, and the right to data portability.
- To delete your Play Games data for this Application (progress, achievements, scores), use the Google Play Games settings of your Google account.
- To stop statistics and crash reports, turn them off in the Application's settings.
- Uninstalling the Application stops all further collection.
- For any other request, contact the developer at the address below. As the data is held by Google, the developer may direct you to the relevant Google tool.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority (in France, the CNIL).
8. Security
The Application relies on Google's services and their security measures. The developer keeps the third-party components up to date and limits them to what the Application needs.
9. Changes to this policy
This policy is updated whenever the Application's data practices change, together with the “Data safety” section of the Application's Google Play listing. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
10. Contact
For any question about privacy or data, contact the developer:
